Biography: 1634 Nemod Centre
Asteroyds - News
He originates from the Kyssiz Bêta Oridani Centre beehive in the Hazel nebula. 1634
Nemod is a rising champion. His striking success make him the most envied pilot of all. The elegance of his manoeuvres, his innate gift for flying and his remarkable trajectories make him a fearsome adversary. He proved this by winning, as an outsider, the Timeless Ring Race where he skilfully eliminated every last one of his opponents in a record time.
The Ky’Podilys from Kyssiz Bêta Oridani are insectoid beings organised in large beehives. Each individual is specialised in a particular task: queen, spawner, fighter, worker… or pilot. Our friendly competitor is the 1634th egg from the Nemod queen, in the Centre beehive of his native world. He is one of the few pilots of his species to have been permitted to fly anything outside of a transportation craft or one of his people’s fighter craft. The queens of Kyssiz Bêta Oridani see in him a great publicity opportunity for their enterprise, as well as a comfortable way of getting richer.
1634 flies a bioracer, a unique model especially developed by the Ky’Podilys engineers.
“I be honourrred to parrrtake competition forrr grrreat glorrry of beehive.” 1634 Nemod Centre.

Biography: Lawrence “Bulldog Pussah” Finch
Asteroyds - News
This human from the Old Earth was born near London, in the Kingdom of England, Western Europasia. Despite his weight (hence the second part of his nickname), Finch is an expert pilot. He is cunning, intuitive and particularly tenacious (hence the first part of his nickname). He won a fistful of Great Prizes in the Independent Systems.
Finch was not meant to become a racing pilot. Indeed, he was the heir of the Finch Colours Cosmetic Industry. But after various scandals, his family went bankrupt and Finch found himself penniless at 18. That’s when he fled to the Old Earth and got deep into the external Systems. He came back 10 years later, addicted to Matuhata and racing. He soon became the best pilot..
If he can, he flies a specially reinforced GZK 3520.
“For money, what else? Glory? Pff! That ain’t gonna buy me Matuhata!” Lawrence Finch.

Asteroid Fall Approaching
Asteroyds - News, Preview
The next game in the Ystari Games line, designed by Guillaume Blossier and Fred Henry, will be available at the end of April!
This is Asteroyds, an exceptional and astonishing game! The players control a spaceship in the middle of an asteroids field. The shivers are varied: race, shoot drones or split into 2 teams and try to destroy the targets of the opposing team.
One can wonder whether the worst adversaries are the other players or these moving celestial bodies. After having cast 3 dice, pilots only have a few seconds to program their ship moves. The problem is that (more or less treacherous) asteroids displacements depending on the dice roll should be anticipated in the same time. The tension is so good…
